Prerequisites

• An active Ada account with permissions to create API Keys.

Setup Guide

Step 1: Obtain Report Key from Ada

1. Sign in to your Ada account.
2. If you have a declarative bot, go to Settings > Integrations > APIs.
3. If you have a generative AI agent, go to Platform > APIs.
4. In the API keys page, click Get Started or New API Key.
5. Enter a descriptive name like Matia-Integration and click Generate Key.
6. Copy the generated API Token - you will need it to configure your connection.

Step 2: Locate Ada Bot Handle

1. In the URL of your bot dashboard, find the Bot Handle of your organization.
2. The handle follows the <your-bot-handle>.ada.support format.

Step 3: Complete Configuration in Matia

1. Enter the Report Key you just generated from Ada.
2. Enter the Bot Handle of your organization.
3. Enter an Asset Name.
4. (Optional) Enter a Description.
5. (Optional) Assign Tags.
6. Select an Owner.
7. Verify that your Applovin account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
8. Click Connect.
