Prerequisites

• An Amazon selling account
• A Client ID and Client Secret
• A valid Refresh Token

Setup Guide

1. Choose how to authenticate and
   1. Select the Amazon Region you wish to sync data for.
   2. OAuth: Authenticate your Selling Partner account with OAuth by clicking on Sign In With Amazon.
   3. Private App: Enter the Refresh Token for your selected region as well as the Client ID and Client Secret for your private app.
2. Select your active Amazon marketplaces. Not supported by all streams.
3. (Optional) Enter an Attribution Window for incremental syncs. This value represents a backward offset, in days, to apply to each incremental report stream. Valid values range from 0 (to disable) to 15 (our default).
4. (Optional) Enter a Replication Start Date from which you would like to start syncing data. Not supported by all streams.
5. Enter a Name for the connector.
6. (Optional) Enter a Description for the connector.
7. Select the Owner of the connector.
8. (Optional) Verify that your Amazon Selling Partner account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
9. Click Connect.

Notes

• The maximum retention period for most endpoints is limited by Amazon. Data cannot be fetched beyond the specified time range. In rare cases, internal constraints will take precedence over API limitations.

• Due to the above constraints, the primary sync mode available for this connector is Incremental.

• Amazon's attribution window spans ten to 14 days. To account for updates made to data from a previous sync, we run incremental syncs with a default backward offset of fifteen days. Please note that certain streams may deviate from this timeframe.

• Some reports are available only for select marketplaces:
