Amazon DSP Setup Guide
Prerequisites
- An Amazon DSP account with access to the advertiser profiles you want to sync.
- Access to these Amazon DSP report types: Audience, Audio and Video, Campaign, Geo, Inventory, Product and Tech. Without access to them, some data may be missing in your destination.
Setup Guide
Step 1: Find your account region
Amazon DSP accounts are hosted in one of three regions. If you don't know yours, contact Amazon DSP support at dsp@amazon.com.
| Region | Value |
|---|---|
| North America | NA |
| Europe | EU |
| Far East | FE |
Step 2: Complete Configuration in Matia
- Select the Amazon Region your account is hosted in.
- Click Sign in with Amazon, log in to the Amazon account that has access to Amazon DSP, and approve access. You are then redirected back to Matia.
- Select the Active Profiles to sync data for. Each profile is linked to an Amazon DSP advertiser account.
- Enter an Asset Name.
- (Optional) Enter an Asset Description.
- Select Owners.
- (Optional) Select Tags.
- Verify that your Amazon DSP account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
- Click Connect.
Notes
- In the EU and FE regions, Amazon only supports the DSP reporting endpoints. Other DSP endpoints are not available in those regions.
- If syncs fail repeatedly with rate limit (
429) errors, contact Amazon DSP support to request a higher rate limit for your account.
