Google Campaign Manager 360 Setup Guide

Prerequisites

• A Google Campaign Manager 360 account with a user profile that has access to the account you want to sync.

Note: Permissions are managed entirely through the CM360 UI - an account administrator creates your user profile and sets what it can access there.

Setup Guide

Step 1: Authorize Matia via Google OAuth

1. In Matia, select Google Campaign Manager 360 and click Authorize.
2. Log in with the Google account tied to your CM360 user profile, and click Allow to grant Matia access.
3. Choose which profiles to sync:
   • Sync All Profiles - syncs every user profile accessible to the authorized Google account.
   • Sync Specific Profiles - select one or more profiles from the list.

Note: If you sync more than one profile from the same Campaign Manager 360 account, you may see near-duplicate records across profiles - use the profile_id column to tell them apart.

Step 2: Complete Configuration in Matia

1. Enter an Asset Name.
2. (Optional) Enter a Description.
3. (Optional) Assign Tags.
4. Select an Owner.
5. Verify that your Google Campaign Manager 360 account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
6. Click Connect.
