Langfuse Setup Guide

Prerequisites

• An active Langfuse account with access to the project you want to sync.

Note: Langfuse API keys are scoped to a single project. If you need to sync multiple projects, set up a separate connection for each.

Setup Guide

Step 1: Obtain a Public Key and Secret Key from Langfuse

1. Log in to your Langfuse account.
2. Select the project you want to sync.
3. Go to Settings → API Keys.
4. Click Create new API keys.
5. Copy the generated Public Key (begins with pk-lf-) and Secret Key (begins with sk-lf-) into a secret manager - the secret key is shown only once and cannot be retrieved again after you close the dialog.
6. Note the Base URL for your Langfuse region or self-hosted instance, since it determines the API host to use:
   • Cloud (EU): https://cloud.langfuse.com
   • Cloud (US): https://us.cloud.langfuse.com
   • Cloud (Japan): https://jp.cloud.langfuse.com
   • HIPAA (US): https://hipaa.cloud.langfuse.com

Step 2: Complete Configuration in Matia

1. Enter the Public Key you generated from Langfuse.
2. Enter the Secret Key you generated from Langfuse.
3. Enter the Base URL for your Langfuse region or self-hosted instance.
4. Enter an Asset Name.
5. (Optional) Enter a Description.
6. (Optional) Assign Tags.
7. Select an Owner.
8. Verify that your Langfuse account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
9. Click Connect.
