Prerequisites

• An active Superfiliate account with permission to generate API credentials.

Setup Guide

Step 1: Obtain a Token (Client ID and Client Secret) from Superfiliate

1. Log in to your Superfiliate account.
2. Go to Settings → Developers → API keys tab.
3. Click to generate a new API key.
4. Name the key based on its intended use (e.g., "Data warehouse" or "Matia").
5. If prompted, select the appropriate scopes, granting only what the integration needs. Note: scopes cannot be modified after creation - to change permissions you must generate a new key.
6. In the confirmation dialog, copy the client_id (begins with sfci1_) and client_secret (begins with sfcs1_) - you will need them to configure your connection.

Note: If the client_secret is lost, it cannot be recovered. Revoke the key and generate a replacement instead.

Step 2: Complete Configuration in Matia

1. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret you generated from Superfiliate.
2. Enter an Asset Name.
3. (Optional) Enter a Description.
4. (Optional) Assign Tags.
5. Select an Owner.
6. Verify that your Superfiliate account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
7. Click Connect.
