• An Attentive account with API access.

Attentive Setup

Create Custom App

1. Log in to your Attentive account.
2. Go to the integrations setup page.
3. Click + Create App.
4. Enter the App name.
5. Enter your Contact email.
6. Grant Write permissions for the Product Catalog API and Webhooks API.
7. Click Create.
8. Click Copy and make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure your integration in Matia.

Enable subscription webhooks for your app

1. In the integrations setup page, select the custom app you created in Step 1.
2. In the Settings tab, click the Webhooks tab.
3. Set the Event Webhook Status toggle to ON.
4. In the Subscribe to event notifications section, select Subscription webhook.
5. Click Save.
