Customer Io Setup Guide

Prerequisites

  • Access to a Customer.io account.

Setup Guide

  1. Log in to your Customer.io account.
  2. Click on the settings icon in the top right of the screen and choose Account Settings.
  3. Click API Credentials.
  4. Go to the App API Keys tab, and then click Create App API Key.
  5. Enter a NAME, choose a WORKSPACE, and then click Create App API Key.
  6. Please ensure the App API Key is saved for future reference.
  7. On the Account Settings page, click Privacy & Data.
  8. Keep a record of your Data Center that appears in the Data Center section.
  9. Enter the App API Key you created earlier.
  10. Enter your Data Center.
  11. Enter a Name for the connector.
  12. (Optional) Enter a Description for the connector.
  13. Select the Owner of the connector.
  14. (Optional) Verify that your Customer.io account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
  15. Click Connect.
