Dialpad Setup Guide

Prerequisites

  • A Dialpad account with API access is required.

Setup Guide

Step 1: Identify Your Environment

  • Your environment is based on your Dialpad account type:
    • If you have a test account, use Sandbox.
    • If you have a live account, use Production.

Step 2: Generate an Access Token

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > My Company > Authentication > API Keys
  2. Select Add Key
  3. Name your key and set the expiration terms
  4. Select all Scopes
  5. Select Save

Step 3: Complete Configuration in Matia

  1. Select the appropriate Environment (Sandbox or Production).
  2. Input the Access Token that you generated in Step 2.
  3. Enter an Asset Name.
  4. (Optional) Enter a Description.
  5. (Optional) Assign Tags.
  6. Select an Owner.
  7. Verify that your Dialpad connection is successfully established by clicking on Test Connection.
  8. Click Connect.
