Intercom Setup Guide

Prerequisites

Setup Guide

  1. Enter the Access Token that you have created using your Intercom account. This field is used for authorization to your account.
  2. Enter a Name for the connector.
  3. (Optional) Enter a Description for the connector.
  4. Select the Owner of the connector.
  5. (Optional) Verify that your Intercom account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
  6. Click Connect.

This connector outputs the following streams:

  • Admin (Full Refresh)
  • Article (Full Refresh)
  • Company (Full Refresh)
  • Contact History (Full Refresh, Incremental)
  • Conversation History (Full Refresh, Incremental)
  • Tag (Full Refresh)
  • Team (Full Refresh)
