Posthog Setup Guide

Prerequisites

To connect PostHog to Matia, you need a PostHog Cloud account hosted in the United States or European Union data region.

Setup Guide

Choose Data Center:

• If your PostHog account is hosted in the US, your base URL is us.posthog.com.
• If your PostHog account is hosted in the EU, your base URL is eu.posthog.com.

Create personal API key:

• Log in to your PostHog Cloud account.
• Click the Settings on the bottom-left corner.
• Navigate to the Personal API Keys section.
• Click Create personal API key.
• Enter a label for your key.
• Add permissions according to your needs.
• Click Create Key. Make a note of the API key.

• Project (Full Refresh, Incremental)
• Event (Full Refresh, Incremental)
• Insight (Full Refresh)
• Session Recording (Full Refresh)
