Qualtrics Setup Guide

Prerequisites

To connect Qualtrics to Matia, you need a Qualtrics account. Please visit Qualtrics.

Setup Guide

1. Log in to your Qualtrics account.
2. Select Account Settings from the top right-hand corner.
3. In the My Account window, go to the Qualtrics IDs tab.
4. In the IDs tab, go to the API section and then click Generate Token.
5. Find your data center from the URL when you are logged into your Qualtrics account. You can find the ID in the URL before qualtrics.com. For example, if your URL is youraccount.ca1.qualtrics.com, then the data center is ca1. Visit Locating the Datacenter ID for more information.
6. Enter your Data Center ID.
7. Enter your API Token.
8. Enter a Name for the connector.
9. (Optional) Enter a Description for the connector.
10. Select the Owner of the connector.
11. (Optional) Verify that your Qualtrics account is successfully connected by clicking on Test Connection.
12. Click Connect.
