Set up a notification on an integration

This guide explains how to configure notifications for a single integration so your team is notified when syncs fail or complete with warnings. For connecting Slack, webhooks, or PagerDuty first, see Notification integrations.

Steps

1. Open the integration you want to notify on (e.g. from Integrations in the sidebar).
2. Go to the Settings tab for that integration.
3. Scroll to the Notifications section (at the bottom).
4. Turn on the options you want:
   • On Failure — receive a notification when a sync fails.
   • On Warning — receive a notification when a sync completes but with warnings (e.g. incomplete sync).
5. Select the recipient channel (e.g. a Slack channel or webhook you configured under Settings → Notifications).
6. Click Save to apply.

After saving, the integration will send notifications to the selected channel for the chosen events. You can change or disable notifications anytime from the same Settings tab.
