Understand Matia: Explore the key principles powering Matia's DataOps platform

Core Pillars

ETL

Matia provides a streamlined process for extracting data from a variety of sources, standardizing it to meet your requirements, and loading it into your chosen destinations. Capabilities include Change Data Capture (CDC) for real-time updates and error handling to maintain data integrity. ETL forms the foundation for data movement across your stack.

Reverse ETL

Reverse ETL syncs your data warehouse with operational tools so you can activate data and drive business processes. Use it for real-time decision-making and personalized experiences across the organization by syncing warehouse data to CRMs, ad platforms, and business systems.

Data Observability

Matia provides monitoring and alerting for your data stack, including schema drift detection, data quality metrics, and automated error handling. The platform helps you identify and resolve data pipeline issues proactively and maintain reliable data infrastructure.

Data Catalog

The integrated data catalog lets you discover, understand, and manage data assets in one place. A centralized metadata repository supports collaboration, data governance, table- and column-level lineage, and consistent use of accurate, up-to-date information across teams.

Why Matia

Managing separate tools for ETL, Reverse ETL, Data Observability, and Data Catalog is complex and inefficient. Matia addresses this by unifying these functions in a single platform, reducing tool sprawl, improving cross-team collaboration, and accelerating data-driven initiatives.
